- Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
- Proven specialist-level expertise in warehouse operations, demonstrating the ability to act as an independent facilitator and leader
- Extensive experience with Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and other process improvement methodologies in a warehouse context
- Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (NetSuite) to drive operational excellence
- Experience managing complex Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) workflows
- Demonstrated success in proactive problem-solving and applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to optimize operational efficiency
