## About the role

We are looking for a high-impact finance professional to join our growing FP&A team, providing financial planning and analysis support across the company. As we scale toward $100M+ ARR, you will partner with leaders across the business, translating operating plans into actionable budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally including exposure to a $100M+ ARR B2B SaaS company
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel financial modeling skills (driver-based modeling), working knowledge of SQL, BI & AI tools, familiarity with Salesforce and cross-functional business processes
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, MBA or CPA a plus
