At ZEDEDA, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Base pay is determined by considering your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. For this role the base pay range is $150,000 - $190,000. ## What they're looking for

- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions—sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build effective sourcing strategies, and calibrate candidate pipelines
- Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels to build a strong, diverse pipeline
- Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of ZEDEDA throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity for reporting
- Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, offer-accept rate, and source of hire, to hiring managers and leadership
