At Zen, we’ve created a growth experimentation process that was inspired by some of the fastest-growing startups ever, including Airbnb, Shopify, and more. The process consists of creating experiments with a hypothesis that will help us achieve our goals across our funnel, including customer acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
