## About the role

You'll draft and redline commercial agreements, help build a searchable contract repository, test AI tools that are starting to change how legal teams work, and research questions that actually inform decisions. This is a hands-on internship inside the legal function of a fast-growing AI cybersecurity company.

- You're currently pursuing a J.D. and have completed a bachelor's degree
- You have strong legal research skills and can talk through how you approached a research question, not just what you found
- You have excellent attention to detail, the kind that catches an inconsistent defined term or an ambiguous clause on a first read
- You can spot a potential legal issue and explain it clearly and concisely, without over-lawyering the explanation
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You're organized enough to manage competing priorities and comfortable with a scope that shifts as business needs change
