## About the role

We're looking for a Senior Director, Product & Solutions to lead our combined Product and Solutions team, connecting company strategy, customer insight and technical judgement to deliver focused priorities, high-quality products and excellent customer experiences. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), this is a hands-on role. As the CPO's 2IC, you'll set the pace for prioritisation and delivery, working closely with customers, engineering, commercial and our executive team.

## What they're looking for

- Material experience across both product and solutions / technical delivery functions in a technically complex environment. Payment’s experience is a bonus
- A track record of taking products or significant product areas from problem definition through delivery and iteration, and owning the outcome - not just the process
- Enough technical fluency to operate credibly among engineers: comfortable with GitHub branches and pull requests, and using AI-enabled tools to investigate how a system works
- Confidence discussing architecture, security, performance, reliability, APIs, data flows and integration patterns - in live customer troubleshooting as much as internal design reviews
- Experience managing and developing senior people, including growing someone into a materially larger role
- Strong product judgement, commercial range, and clear written and verbal communication with a bias toward decisions and action
