## About the role

zerohash is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the team architecting and building our open banking data aggregation platform. This is a high-performing team tackling deeply technical, adversarial problems in browser internals and secure automation. We’re looking for a true technologist with a love of programming and a drive for technical excellence. ## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, deeply focused on advanced web automation, browser internals, extension development, or complex frontend-to-backend data extraction
- 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing senior and staff-level engineers
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent years of work experience
- Proven track record of managing teams that have delivered complex, production-grade browser automation, extension, or data infrastructure products
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, specifically regarding DOM manipulation, modern web APIs, and strict browser execution environments
- Strong backend experience, ideally with Golang (or Node.js/Python), to guide the design of operational infrastructure
