## About the role

zerohash is looking for a VP - Head of Liquidity & Exchange Services to bring operating excellence and cross-functional coordination to manage the firm’s digital asset liquidity and exchange services. We're looking for a senior leader to lead and scale this function.

## What they're looking for

- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in leading exchange / liquidity services, strategy, liquidity operations, or a related leadership role
- 5–8+ years experience in FinTech, direct experience in crypto / digital assets is required, preferably at a major crypto exchange. Banking / brokerage infrastructure experience is a strong plus
- Financial Market Experience: Proven track record in trading, market making, or liquidity management within traditional financial markets and cryptocurrencies/stablecoins
- A track record of building and scaling functions from scratch — you've stood up teams and processes, not just operated within them
- Sharp analytical skills paired with genuine comfort in ambiguity, equally credible presenting to a board and rolling up your sleeves on a spreadsheet
- Experience driving AI or major technology adoption within an operating business, ideally at scale
