## About the role

zerohash is looking for a VP/SVP of Business Operations to bring rigor, speed, and cross-functional coordination to how the company makes decisions and scales. We're looking for a senior leader to build, lead, and scale this function from the ground up.

## What they're looking for

- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, corporate development, or a related leadership role
- 5–8+ years of that experience in FinTech, direct experience in crypto, digital assets, payments, or banking / brokerage infrastructure is a strong plus
- A track record of building functions from scratch — you've stood up teams and processes, not just operated within them
- Sharp analytical skills paired with genuine comfort in ambiguity, equally credible presenting to a board and rolling up your sleeves on a spreadsheet
- Experience driving AI or major technology adoption within an operating business, ideally at scale
