## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation and supervisor / management experience, with the depth to review someone else's work and deliver constructive advice
- Experience running quality checks on residential installs
- The ability to give clear technical direction to contractors and coordinators, both on site and over the phone
- Comfort reading equipment layouts and specs
- Willingness to do the work yourself: local site walks, simple inspection correction in the field, part runs and deliveries, and covering local service calls
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
