## About the role

We're hiring a Chief of Staff to help run two connected businesses at the center of the AI ecosystem: AI Council, our community and conference for people shipping AI, and Zero Prime Ventures, our day-zero fund backing deeply technical founders. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- Run AI Council operating plan across growth, sponsorship, marketing, programming, production, and finance
- Own management rhythm: priorities, metrics, budgets, forecasts, decision logs
- Drive Founder priorities across AI Council and Zero Prime into weekly agendas and actions
- Own Zero Prime operations projects end-to-end (hiring, capacity, portfolio support, partnerships)
