## What they're looking for

- 5-8+ years of experience , with a track record leading client-facing strategy, advisory, or transformation engagements, not just contributing to them
- AEC experience. You have worked inside or directly with AEC firms, owners, developers, or owner's reps. You know how projects get delivered and where technology actually creates value
- A specific story about a workflow you changed. What it was, why you changed it, and what happened as a result
- Daily, hands-on use of modern AI tools. You are building with this stuff, not reading about it
- Executive presence. You can hold a room with AEC leadership and hold your own with the technical team building the solution
- A bias to ship , and the independence to run an engagement without someone telling you what to do next
