## About the role

We are seeking a Paid Search Manager who can confidently lead the day-to-day delivery of assigned accounts, set weekly priorities, and ensure campaign performance and pacing are aligned to client KPIs. You will own the translation of client goals into paid search channel plans, including budget allocation, targeting approach, measurement planning, and testing roadmaps.

- Hands-on experience managing large monthly campaign budgets and complex paid search account structures
