## About the role

As a Contingent Workforce Operations & Systems Analyst, you will support the day to day execution and continuous improvement of Zillow's Contingent Workforce Program as it pertains to operations and systems.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in operations, program support, or enablement roles, global or matrixed org experience is a plus
- Experience working with systems and tools that support business operations, with a solid understanding of how workflows translate into execution
- Hands-on experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) such as Beeline is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Workday workflows, particularly contingent worker lifecycle processes (onboarding, extensions, offboarding, conversions)
- Comfortable troubleshooting system integration issues (e.g., Beeline to Workday) or partnering with technical teams to resolve them
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and support execution through systems and processes
