## About the role

We are looking for an outstanding, experienced attorney to join our Industry Affairs and Industry Software legal team. This role sits at the intersection of regulated real estate and product, and is uniquely suited for a lawyer who can operate fluidly across both — advising on licensed real estate activities and brokerage operations on one hand, while serving as dedicated legal counsel for an assigned scope of products on the other.

## What they're looking for

- A JD with active state bar admission in at least one jurisdiction
- Experience with real estate regulatory frameworks, MLS policies, and the broader regulatory and industry landscape in which real estate professionals, brokerages and real estate portals operate in
- Experience with data licensing, marketing, and commercial agreements
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuasively convey the implications of legal issues and risk
- Outstanding attention to detail, a proactive and collaborative work ethic, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Aptitude for innovative and goal-oriented problem solving
