## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of progressive EHS, industrial safety, or safety-training experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering EHS training in a manufacturing, industrial, chemical, aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated environment
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industrial safety requirements
- Experience with hazardous materials safety and regulatory compliance
- Ability to communicate technical and regulatory information clearly to employees with varying levels of experience
