## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner role supporting a specific business unit or client group
- Experience working with a highly technical/engineering-heavy and manufacturing workforce
- Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law compliance, California experience strongly preferred
- Experience partnering with HR COEs to deliver integrated people solutions within a business unit
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, or similar) and comfort generating and interpreting workforce data
