## What they're looking for

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and State and Federal background checks
- Eligible to obtain and maintain State and Federal explosives licenses
- 5+ years of master scheduling or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated ownership of a multi-program or multi-product master production schedule
- Proven ability to make and defend cross-program priority decisions in a capacity-constrained environment
- Strong working knowledge of master scheduling concepts: MPS, capacity requirements planning (CRP), rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP), scheduling fences, lot sizing, and demand management
