## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business AND a minimum of twenty (20) years of program management and/or supply chain management experience, including five (5) years managing DoD propulsion related programs
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance, US citizenship is required
- Direct experience managing large subcontracts
- Material Program Management and/or Supply Chain Management experience working on prime defense programs
- Experience briefing executive management and customers on program status, risks, and future plans
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
