## What they're looking for

- Ten (10) years of modeling, simulation, and algorithm design experience
- Demonstrated expertise in systems engineering, modeling and simulation, control systems, or a closely related technical discipline
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in highly collaborative multidisciplinary environments
- Experience leading and managing small technical teams and developing team members
- Demonstrated ability to take on increasing technical responsibility and work independently on fast-paced programs
- Experience with MATLAB and MATLAB Simulink programming, or similar tools
