## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated experience translating technical or operational requirements into Statements of Work, scopes of work, or building plans in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction setting
- Proven ability to build and manage project schedules, track deliverables, and drive accountability across subcontractors, equipment vendors, and internal engineering teams on concurrent projects
- Working knowledge of manufacturing systems, automation equipment, and controls infrastructure — sufficient to coordinate equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning activities with technical engineering teams
- Experience tracking equipment procurement, delivery, and installation within a project controls or manufacturing project management context
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical requirements clearly to contractors, engineers, and leadership stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
