## What they're looking for

- Experience with component obsolescence tools and methods
- Experience with end-of-life management, COTS, and counterfeit parts
- Experience in setting up EDM and Parts Management practices
- Understanding EEE parts qualification and screening requirements
- Knowledge of JEDEC, EIA, and IPC standards as well as applicable military, NASA (EEE-INST-002), and ESA standards
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and practices for Electronic Component Management Plan (ECMP)
