## What they're looking for

- 4–7 years of experience in space electrical design and development or other harsh environments, 7+ years total experience including space industry experience
- Extensive experience in the Space Hardware industry
- Experience maintaining traceability controls for electrical components, sub-components, systems, lab tools, and test equipment
- Travel up to 30%, including the possibility of overnights, both foreign and domestic, to launch sites, customer facilities, and NASA/Government centers
- Ability to lift, move or carry items or equipment up to 10 pounds
