## About the role

The Senior Project Engineer for Voyager’s Strategic Systems line of business is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of solid rocket motor design and manufacturing programs — from concept through qualification — ensuring delivery on cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments. This position reports to the Program Manager, Solid Rocket Motors and is part of Voyager’s Strategic Systems line of business based in Penrose/Pueblo, Colorado. This role is onsite in Penrose/Pueblo, Colorado.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated experience with solid rocket motor design, development, and manufacturing processes, including applicable safety, handling, and regulatory requirements governing energetic materials
- Proven ability to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule and execute against program baselines in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
- Travel up to 25%, including the possibility of overnights, to customer sites, industry conferences, and program reviews
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship)
