You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, design and operationalize new processes, and work directly with senior leadership to drive measurable impact. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and visibility, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants accountability for delivering outcomes.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations at a high-growth startup
- 4-year undergraduate degree (preferably in a quantitative or analytical field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related)
- Proven ability to independently problem-solve and drive complex projects under ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills, including experience working with complex business data
