## About the role

As a Product Operations Manager for strategic programs, you will help lead our most important cross-functional product programs, including company-critical launches and large-scale customer rollouts, while owning the operating cadence for roadmap, planning and launch enablement. You will work cross-functionally to establish clear plans, align teams, surface risks, and drive decisions.

## What they're looking for

- 4-8+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, product management, business operations, or a related role within a technology company
- Demonstrated success leading complex, high-stakes, cross-functional product launches or multi-quarter programs from strategy through rollout and adoption
- Experience designing or running roadmap, prioritization, and planning cadences across multiple product and engineering teams
- A track record of building repeatable systems and ways of working – not just executing within existing ones
- Strong written and verbal communication, including experience delivering concise, decision-ready updates to executives and senior stakeholders
- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, complex customer implementations, migrations, or phased product rollouts is preferred
