## About the role

We're hiring a Senior/Principal Product Manager (experience dependent) to lead Zip's Contract Orchestration product, one of the company's newest and most strategic bets. Buy-side contracting is still broken: reviews and redlines live in email threads, signed agreements disappear into shared drives, and requesters call the process a black box. Zip's customers execute over a million contract reviews a year and most of them are routine agreements.

## What they're looking for

- 4 - 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, owning ambiguous, high-impact areas end to end
- Deep experience partnering with engineering and design to ship sophisticated products with a great user experience
- Experience with workflow or document-heavy enterprise products
- A track record of setting product strategy and influencing cross-functional partners and leadership without direct authority
- Experience shipping AI or ML features where accuracy is non-negotiable, including how you measured and improved quality
- Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders, including executives
