## About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own product design for our Global Payments team, the group that moves money for Zip's customers worldwide: over $30 billion in payouts and counting. The team is building Zip's next generation of payment rails, from direct bank integrations to new provider partnerships, and you'll own the product experience on top of them: how enterprises schedule, track, and trust payments at global scale.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B or workflow products, payments or fintech experience is a strong plus
- Experience shipping at least one full product or significant feature end to end as the lead designer
- Experience driving product decisions in ambiguous territory: you can frame a problem, align partners, and move without waiting for a spec
- Experience running your own research: finding the right customers, asking the right questions, and turning what you hear into design decisions
- Experience iterating closely with engineers on both UX and visual design to get the details just right
- A point of view: you can defend design decisions with PMs and engineers, and change your mind when the evidence says you should
