## About the role

As a Senior Product Designer at Zip, you’ll work on real, customer-facing features across a wide product surface area for procurement, which at its essence is managing the process of helping companies buy what they need. You’ll be collaborating with experienced designers, PMs, and engineers who care deeply about craft, collaboration, and building consumer-grade experiences for complex enterprise workflows.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5+ years professional design experience working at a startup or similarly resource-restricted organization shipping great designs at a fast pace
- Experience shipping at least one full product or significant feature end to end as the lead designer
- Experience iterating with engineers and other team members on both visual and UX designs to get the experience and details just right
- Great presentation, collaboration and communication skills
- Empathetic champion for your work’s audience and customers
- Strong visual design skills without sacrificing usability
