## About the role

We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to help build the technical foundation that powers Zip’s ERP and integration ecosystem. This role focuses on internal technical enablement, navigating complex customer environments to architect the cleanest possible solutions, partnering closely with Product, and driving best-in-class standards across all of Zip’s integration workflows - with a specific focus on the Jaggaer ecosystem.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Jaggaer or similar enterprise procurement and spend management platforms
- Strong foundational knowledge of core Jaggaer business processes, workflow logic, and data models, specifically within eProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Familiarity with standard Jaggaer integration methods, including Jaggaer REST/SOAP APIs, direct data transfers, and standard e-procurement data structures
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong core integration logic who can learn new platform tools quickly
- Experience working with cXML/ XML / REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols
- Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration or administration experience is required
