## About the role

The role will support our partners that use our drone delivery service. You’ll work closely with the Partner Success team to ensure partners have a smooth experience—from launch and day-to-day operations to performance reviews and ongoing improvements. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of operations, customer success, data, and technology. You’ll gain exposure to how a fast-growing drone delivery network operates while helping partners get the most value from the service.

- Track partner performance and analyze metrics such as delivery volume, service reliability, adoption, and customer experience
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentations that surface trends and opportunities for improvement
- Gather partner feedback and work with internal teams to help resolve operational or product issues
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to support partner needs
- Assist with business reviews, partner meetings, and follow-up action items
- Identify opportunities to improve internal Partner Success processes, documentation, and tools
