As we continue to scale, the People Partner will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy that enables our teams to perform, grow and deliver impact. The role will span talent development, workforce planning, strategic partnership with senior leadership on organizational growth, benefits strategy, and shaping a culture that reflects Zipline’s values and ambitions.

- Develop a deep understanding of the business and the unique challenges of scaling Zipline’s operations across Rwanda
- Partner closely with operational leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, execution and accountability
- Champion Zipline’s culture and values, embedding them into engagement, coaching, development and performance conversations
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational design to support evolving business needs
- Strengthen onboarding for new hires and internal transfers, ensuring leaders have clear and effective integration plans in place
