## About the role

The Inside Sales Account Executive, Inbound Channels is a dynamic role responsible for developing new prospects to increase sales of ZipRecruiter's products and/or services. You'll engage with prospective customers through a variety of inbound channels, including phone calls and live chats, while also being proficient in making outbound reach outs.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inbound sales environment, ideally with a combination of phone and chat experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals/quotas
- Highly coachable, willing to listen to and implement advice from management
- Resourceful, consistently overcoming obstacles to achieve success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to thrive under pressure and enjoy the challenge of tight deadlines and managing a variety of duties
