## About the role

ZipRecruiter is seeking a People Business Partner III to support our Tech and Product organizations. This is an individual contributor role operating at a manager level in scope, influence, and ownership. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping shape and execute people strategies that drive business outcomes. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, bringing a clear point of view and influencing decisions across organizational design, performance, and talent.

- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Engineering & Product Expertise: 6+ years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leaders in Engineering and Product organizations
- Stakeholder Influence & Coaching: Demonstrated ability to partner with VP-level stakeholders and above, includes strong coaching skills to challenge and develop leaders at multiple levels
- Strategic Org Management: Proven experience leading organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
- Complex Relations & Judgment: Deep experience managing complex employee relations and performance issues with sound judgment and a balanced approach
