## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of work experience in a highly analytical CRM role
- Proven track record of strategic thinking, ideating, and executing highly impactful CRM marketing campaigns to drive overarching business objectives
- Strong analytical skills (particularly within Excel and Looker) and the ability to leverage data for insights and action
- Braze and HTML knowledge preferred
- Incredible attention to detail especially when it comes to campaign QA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
