## About the role

Our Talent Acquisition team finds and hires the people who help Zocdoc give power to the patient. Talent Operations is the engine behind that work - the systems, data, and processes that let recruiters spend their time on people, not on process. We're building this function from the ground up, and this role will be at the center of it.

## What they're looking for

- 6-8+ years of experience in Talent/Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or a closely related function, with a track record of building an operations function from scratch
- Deep, hands-on experience configuring and administering an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred) and sourcing/CRM tools (Gem or similar), BrightHire or interview intelligence tooling a plus
- Proven experience building dashboards and recruiting metrics/reporting, ideally in partnership with a data or analytics team
- Experience managing or mentoring a coordination team
- Strong project management skills - you can run multiple workstreams simultaneously and bring cross-functional stakeholders along
- Comfortable operating as both an individual contributor and a people leader, you don't need a large team to make an outsized impact
