## What they're looking for

- Manage the Brand & Creative intake and request-readiness process, including request triage, brief/spec sheet review, required input validation, priority clarification, routing, status tracking, and stakeholder follow-up
- Partner with creative discipline leads to define and maintain intake standards for design, copy, video, presentation, webinar, event, regional, campaign, and production requests
- Clarify priority, urgency, ownership, and tradeoffs for incoming work, escalating to the Director, Brand & Creative when requests require reprioritization, stakeholder pushback, or additional resourcing decisions
- Hold request owners accountable for providing complete information, timely feedback, approvals, final copy/assets, and required context before work advances through the creative workflow
- Reduce unnecessary back-and-forth, rework, duplicated effort, errors, and late-stage changes by improving request quality, handoff discipline, and stakeholder alignment before execution begins
- Maintain visibility into active and upcoming work so the Brand & Creative team can better anticipate capacity needs, blockers, rush requests, regional dependencies, cross-functional handoffs, and production risks
