## About the role

Here at Zola, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join our business management team. This individual will help analyze and execute strategic initiatives across Zola. We're looking for a collaborative, scrappy, analytical problem-solver who can help dig into the data to drive actionable business decisions. You'll report directly to the Director of the Core Experience, and you'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and many other teams at Zola.

## What they're looking for

- BA/BS required
- 3+ years of professional experience in an analytical role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strategy, finance, or bizops experience preferred
- Retail or consumer experience is a plus
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, able to conduct analysis with minimal oversight
- Proficiency in analyzing large data sets. Looker or a similar BI platform experience is a plus
