Join our BDA Team .We are expanding our partnerships team and looking for passionate professionals who can drive growth by building and managing relationships in the study-abroad ecosystem. Act as a trusted partner to affiliates, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality lead flow.

## What they're looking for

- 2–5 years in business development, partnerships, or sales within the study abroad, education, or financial services industry
- Prior experience in managing affiliates, counsellors, loan partners, or visa consultants is essential
- A proven track record in selling to international students or immigrants will be a strong plus
- Hands-on with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho and Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage
