## About the role

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A) , ensuring accurate budgeting, scenario modeling, and data-driven insights to guide business decisions. Partner with business, product, and growth teams to monitor unit economics, profitability, and ROI , enabling informed strategic decisions.

## What they're looking for

- Education: CA / CPA / MBA (Tier-1 institute preferred)
- 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in strategic finance, FP&A or similar roles — preferably in fintech, cross-border banking, or high-growth startups
