## About the role

Zolve is looking for a senior, revenue-first Performance Marketing leader to own, forecast, and scale marketing-led revenue across geographies. This role carries direct accountability for ARR contribution, CAC, payback, and LTV , and requires strong ownership across paid, affiliate, and programmatic channels in a global fintech environment. Own marketing-driven revenue growth by building scalable acquisition engines with predictable ROI, strong unit economics, and disciplined execution.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in revenue-driven performance marketing
- 2–3+ years of people leadership experience
- Mandatory experience in an online, product-led business (fintech preferred)
- Demonstrated success in scaling paid and affiliate channels with clear revenue ownership
- Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate platforms, and Programmatic buying
