## What they're looking for

- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
- Background in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors preferred. In-house counsel or top-tier law firm experience is an advantage
- Exposure to APAC or EU contracting is desirable
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations, data protection, and corporate governance
