## About the role

As Manager, Technical Program Management, you will lead the team responsible for coordinating prototype sensor and compute hardware programs and supporting their transition to high-volume serial manufacturing. You will partner with leaders across hardware, software, vehicle engineering, product, manufacturing, and finance to turn strategic priorities into executable plans. Your team will maintain schedules, define milestones, track resources and budgets, identify risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 12 years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or management consulting
- At least five years of experience managing Technical Program Managers

- Experience working with contract manufacturers
- Demonstrated success leading complex programs involving multiple functions
