## About the role

Be the go-to owner for the entire SSE pipeline ecosystem — from ClangTidy, ASAN/TSAN/Harden, and FBInfer — keeping every pipeline running smoothly across weekly, nightly, and CI so the rest of the org can trust the results. Take pipelines from prototypes to fully deployed, CI-enforced systems across branches, shaping how "production-grade" looks for stability tooling at Zoox.

## What they're looking for

- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, aerospace, or related fields and 3+ years of experience working on large code bases
- Experience developing in Bazel/Python, setting up backend infrastructure (databases, web servers, shell scripts, etc.), and interfacing with software written in C++ and Python
- Experienced in drafting system design diagrams and documentation for customer communication and long-term maintenance
- Comfortable to whip up quick scripts to automate tasks, such as generating metrics, establishing traceability, etc, when necessary
- Deep experience in enterprise-scale deployment practices and issues
- Experience working with PipeDream, Airflow and Looker
