## About the role

Work with team members to translate the top-down corporate strategy and milestones into detailed roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables Interface with Engineering and Suppliers to define vehicle and manufacturing validation plans for partial and full crash builds

## What they're looking for

- BS or MS degree in an engineering or management discipline
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing program management
- Experience with industrial manufacturing (i.e., automotive, aerospace, robotics, etc.) and the necessary integration with related functions (e.g., logistics, quality, design engineering)
- Strong track record in managing complex cross-functional projects
- Experience coordinating vehicle/manufacturing validation activities (e.g., crash builds) with external partners and suppliers is a plus
- Building strong working relationships with senior leaders and engineers across functions and departments
