## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of professional iOS engineering experience, with real depth
- Strong, current command of Swift and SwiftUI, you're living in modern iOS development
- Experience owning meaningful parts of a consumer-facing app end-to-end, not just a single feature, page, or internal tool
- A product-first orientation: comfortable with infrastructure work, but your track record is primarily product-driven
- Experience working in a complex, consumer-facing app environment (think feature-rich apps with a large user base vs. a narrow enterprise tool or an SDK)
- Comfort contributing to architectural decisions and modernization efforts at scale
