## About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own the vision, roadmap, and execution across Zūm’s core platform. This is a highly strategic role for someone who thinks like a builder, balancing the near term with the long term vision. A successful PM in the role would be comfortable combining product sense, customer empathy, and platform & systems thinking. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, customer satisfaction & retention, and sales enablement.

## What they're looking for

- • 5+ years of product management experience, including owning a core product area end-to-end
- • Experience shipping SaaS products for enterprise or operational users
- • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous, and constraint-heavy environments
- • Passion for mission-driven work and designing systems with real-world impact at scale
- • A demonstrated track record of shipping high-impact customer-facing features
- • Experience in mobility, logistics, fleets, marketplaces, or operationally complex products is a strong plus
