## About the role

We’re hiring a Staff Integrations Engineer to operate as a high-impact individual contributor at the intersection of software engineering and solution delivery. This is a deeply hands-on role: you’ll write production-grade code, build and operate data systems, and own the technical strategy and execution of complex customer integrations.

## What they're looking for

- You’ll also serve as a senior technical advisor to customers—guiding architecture decisions, troubleshooting issues, and shaping how integrations are implemented. This role is for someone who builds and improves systems, not just configures them
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack: parsing messy HL7 payloads, building services in Go, scripting in Python, and leading technical conversations with customers
- 7+ years of experience in software, integrations, or forward-deployed engineering
- Strong programming skills (Python, Go, or similar) with a track record of building production systems
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, ADT, CDA
