What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy and operations within Business-to-Business (B2B) software, including 3+ years leading teams
- Deep experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales process, and operating rhythms across multiple segments
- Experience leading annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and in-year adjustments
- Experience supporting sales organizations across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior Sales leaders, communicate clearly, and influence decisions using sound judgment and data
- Experience hiring, developing, and coaching strong sales or revenue operations leaders
