What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within enterprise Business-to-Business Software as a Service (B2B SaaS), including leading initiatives beyond an individual sales territory
- A track record of translating emerging technologies into customer value, repeatable field motions, and clear recommendations that shape product or go-to-market direction
- Experience partnering effectively with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to validate capabilities and incorporate customer feedback
- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence audiences ranging from technical practitioners to senior executives, analysts, and strategic partners
